AILF Legal Action Center

What is the Legal Action Center?
Created in 1990, the Legal Action Center (LAC) advocates for fundamental fairness in U.S
immigration law and protects the legal rights of immigrants. The LAC engages in impact litigation,
identifies due process issues, analyzes and comments on statutes, regulations and case law affecting
immigrants, and provides technical support for attorneys litigating due process and fairness issues in
immigration.
